Integrative Psychotherapy

Integrative psychotherapy offers a flexible and person-centred approach that honours the full range of your emotional, physical and psychological experience. Rather than relying on a single method, it draws from a range of therapeutic approaches to support you in a way that feels personal and relevant.

The work we do together may involve exploring early relationships and the stories that shaped your inner world, or focus on what’s happening in your life right now and how you’re experiencing it. Sometimes it’s helpful to tend to the roots; sometimes it’s more important to stay with what’s unfolding in the present. There’s no fixed route, only what feels meaningful for you.

Over time, we might begin to notice old patterns or ways of coping that once helped you survive, but now perhaps feel out of step with where you want to be. Therapy can offer a grounded space to gently reimagine; to make room for new growth which feels authentic and aligned with who you are becoming.

Creative Practice

I am a qualified and accredited psychotherapist specialising in the creative arts. My clinical experience spans a wide range of emotional experiences, trauma, and mental health challenges. When words feel too difficult or painful to express, creativity can offer another language; a way for feeling to take shape and be witnessed. My approach invites communication through seven art forms: visual art, drama and puppetry, sculpture and clay, poetry, sandplay, music, and bodywork or movement.

My Approach

My practice is grounded in an integrative, trauma-informed approach, shaped by working with those often navigating complex trauma, marginalisation, and systemic injustice.

I draw from both psychodynamic and humanistic traditions, which means we might explore your childhood, while also tending to the present moment and what feels most alive for you now. Creativity is at the heart of my work, offering a way to express and explore what can’t always be said in words. Through a combination of gentle reflection, creative arts, and relational depth, therapy becomes a space where you can be fully met, and supported in making sense of your story. I honour the connection between mind, body and nervous system, and support you to develop awareness, grounding and self-regulation at a pace that feels right. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens in relationship, and that therapy can offer the kind of consistent, respectful, and nurturing connection that may have been missing. I’m committed to working collaboratively, with a deep respect for your autonomy, your resilience, and the knowledge you carry about you
